Than the chat is deletet. It would be good that if you try to close the MS Window&nbsp; a message will be shown&nbsp; "please close the Chat by mouseclick on ...."<br>]]>

Currently, it shows the message "Chat has ended" and everything goes away. We have disabled the option for users to email the transcript as it may contain&nbsp;confidential&nbsp;financial information which we don't want sitting in their email inboxes ready to be hacked.<div><br></div><div>We get quite a few comments from our users about the issue.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks</div>]]>
