Hi Steve,

This is not currently something that we are offering within the product but it may be something that we introduce within the future via a feature of a further quarter release.

At the moment the only suggestion would be to delete all transcripts via a database trigger held within SQL Server. This could be engineered to use the language of the chat or other items within the chat lines or variables (such as pre chat surveys) to only delete upon certain occurrences, but it not something that we would offer support for to implement though.

We have just added Germany to the countries able to use chat and there is a legal requirement not to keep chat transcripts, is there a way to configure WhosOn not to save chat transcripts for a specific queue?
