I have added a trigger to one of my accounts which causes an email to be sent out when a database record is read and processed. I have done this several times before but in this instance I am attaching three files to the outgoing email which l have not done before. When the email gets sent out it only has the first file attached (a pdf). There should be 2 pdf's and 1 word document. When I look at the email structure in Email2DB, at the bottom I can see the "attach" line which contains three paths to the files each separated with a ";"

No matter what I try only one attachment gets sent out.

Hello Paul,

This will get the file types - Email2DBMessage.Attachments(x).FileExtension

However I don't believe that this contains the '.' as you have entered in your script.
The best thing to do is to print the FileExtension variable to the log file using the Call AddToLog() function. Hi,
 
I am about to encounter a similar issue where we will be receiving emails encrypted by PGP and need to decrypt before processing via Email2DB.  We have PGP installed on our server so i was wondering if any progress was made on this thread?  If so it could prove extremely useful to us.

Hi again,

Looking at the Process Attachments Trigger Action and I can see some of what I need can be done but I am stumbling at the first hurdle, the "Save To" field cannot be typed into and the select location button displays a couple of folders, not the file system.

Am I missing something there?

To what sort of variable should the .Data property be assigned ?
I have tried what you said
dim s as string 
For A = 1 To Email2DBMessage.Attachments.Count
   s = Email2DBMessage.Attachments(A).Data
   Call AddToLog(s)
Next A

and the s appears as blank in the log !

Hello,

Another option to try:

Under Field Title. Make sure that there is not a space after "Title:" in the "Look For" option. If there is a space and the "Title" is left null then it will automatically jump to the next instance of "Title: *space*" which will take it to "Message Title" and skip the "First Name" and "Surname". 

Check that out to see if that is any help.

Yes it is set to do that until end of the line. It just appears to not do so if the field is null.
If I set the trigger to process from beginning rather than last extract point then it seems to work ok and only sets the Title field even if field value is null. If trigger is set to process from last extract point then it ignores the null field and parses through the rest of the email for the same name but then misses a whole chunk of fields as the remainder were also set to process from last extract point.

Is it set as Look for "Title:" extract until end of line?
