Are there any plans to release an [Active Directory] integration module? So, you can be automatically logged in to the agent interface based on your active directory credentials?
I have seen such functionality in other products and thought it will be a nice addition for enterprise users + you can sell that for additional cost if users want it. Thanks |

Hi
Yes - its in the feature request list already - unfortunately for the language the current client / server is programmed in, this is non-trivial. We are currently working on a WPF version of the client - with this and some form of pre-authentication code on the server, we will be able to implement an AD module. I'll let you know when we are near to this goal for some testing. |
