With respect to the client, there are some considerations on how you want to set up any TS environment, for any version.

First, to check you have what you need for the client:

1. TCP Connection has to be allowed for the client to your WhosOn server (default port 8011)
2. The client has to be able  to write user based settings to the users profile.
3. The client install is NOT a managed code application, so this may need to be set to allowed to run.

Otherwise a normal client install should suffice.

On some systems, it is necessary to mark the CLIENTV5.INI file in the program files folder as read only, once you have set up your default server address and authentication string.
