IISGuard make IIS slow downed

   Hello,
After install IISGuard, the IIS service speed went downed from 250 KB/s to 45 KB/s.
My server: Windows 2003 Enterprise SP2
I tried to remove then the download speed up again.
Any Help please.

	We're considering to use IISGuard on our production server, but are concerned about the mentioned IIS service speed decrease on W2003/SP2. Any feedback on this potential issue? Thanks in advance.
