Carriage Returns in Canned Responses

Is there a way to add carriage/line returns into canned responses?  We'd like to add, for example, our contact information as a canned response, but our names, titles, company, addresses, etc. all run together.  We've tried ctrl-enter, and that looks fine on our end, but runs together in the client chat window.  Thanks!
