Unusable - Crashes Constantly iOS5 iPhone & iPad

Hello,
We really like Whoson desktop and Silverlight clients, but having purchased the iPhone & iPad apps, we have found it impossible to use.

We are experiencing constant random crashing.

Just having the app open, we are finding that it will crash, sometimes after just a few minutes, other times after about 20 minutes. Worst still, it almost always crashes out during chats. 

Trying to relaunch the app, we are faced with a message "the server has reached its maximum seat count" or "a user with that name is already logged in" - meaning we can't resume our chat and the customer is left hanging.

it's key for us to be able to use Whoson reliably whilst out and about, so we're really hoping you guys can look into this for us?

Both iOS5 (latest build)
