Whoson cannot see my ssl |

we have ran Whoson on our own server for many years and been very happy with the software and the service but we have just encountered a small problem in that since we renewed our SSL whoson is giving securiy certificate messages. we went to
WhosOn Administrator - Program Options - Remote Access - WhosOn Gateway - Select Certificate and our new SSL is not showing any ideas? |

Hi Glyn
Where is the SSL cert installed in the cert store? Does the cert error show up in the WhosOn server log and / or in the web browser when tracking / chatting? Does it show any certs in this, and just not the new one? I think it only shows from the standard store / personal location. Are you able to export to pfx and try loading from this?
