Due to the continued success of Parker Software and our ambitious plans for growth we now require an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deploy our digital engagement & retention strategy, to ensure maximum customer attraction to our websites and take up of our software solutions.


You will be responsible for the media budget to deliver successful B2B digital campaigns across all paid for and earned channels to improve traffic generation, conversion, website performance and overall customer experience.


You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns are fully integrated into brand plans, tracking their effectiveness and recommending course changes as required.

Salary Dependent on Experience + OTE


Due to the continued success of Parker Software and our ambitious plans for growth we now require a Software Sales Executive to work from our Baldwin Park Office in Orlando Florida!


You will be charged with developing new business opportunities for both our WhosOn and Email2db software solutions. The ability to source your own leads and oversee the complete sales cycle from identifying an opportunity to closing is a must.


You will be selling to a varied audience from marketing executives, ecommerce executives, contact centre managers, IT directors, Business development directors through to C-level and board level.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective Lead Generation and proactively prospect, pursue and close new business
  • Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs
  • Attain and exceed outbound call objectives
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in sales management database for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information
  • Timely and accurate activity reporting
  • Develop proficiency in WhosOn and Email2Db applications
  • Present company's software solutions to potential customers

Ideally you will be from a solution led, technology background with at least 12 months experience in a new business capacity. However we will happily consider applicants from varied backgrounds as long as you have a proven track record selling in a new business role.

Office / Sales Administrator - US


Salary Based On Experience


Due to the continued success of Parker Software and our ambitious plans for growth we now require an Office/Sales Administrator to work from our Baldwin Park Office in Orlando Florida!


Based from our offices in Orlando, you will ideally have experience in a similar role conducting duties over the telephone and supporting a successful sales team. We also welcome applicants who have general experience in delivering great customer service either on the telephone or face to face. You must personable, friendly, outgoing with a willingness to deliver on the high expectation set by the business.


This is great opportunity to join a well-established team, the right person will be customer focused and happy to conduct general office duties as well as a good understanding and appreciation of sales process’.


Your duties will include:
  • Answer inbound customer enquiries via the telephone, live chat and email and ensured they are dealt with in an appropriate manner
  • Co-ordinate demonstrations and software trials with end users and the sales team
  • Co-ordinate inbound and outbound packages and mail
  • Prepare and update reports on a monthly basis
  • Maintain accuracy and relevance of shared office files and documents
  • Play an integral role in the planning of office events and functions
  • Managing and planning travel arrangements, expense reports and major off-site meetings
  • Prepare marketing packs for the salespeople
  • Assist in the collation of Tenders, Sales Proposals and other sales material to support the Sales Team

Due to the continued success of Parker Software and our ambitious plans for growth in 2013, we are now seeking a New Business Sales Executive to join our existing team.


You will be charged with developing new business opportunities for both our WhosOn and Email2db software solutions. The ability to source your own leads and oversee the complete sales cycle from identifying an opportunity to closing is a must. The role will be based from our new offices in Biddulph, complete with dedicated demonstration rooms to showcase the software to potential clients.


You will be selling to a varied audience from marketing executives, ecommerce mangers, contact centre managers, IT directors, Business development directors through to C-level and board level. Dealing with order values from £500 - £50,000.


Responsibilities:
  • Effective Lead Generation and proactively prospect, pursue and close new business
  • Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs
  • Attain and exceed outbound call objectives
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in sales management database for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information
  • Timely and accurate activity reporting
  • Develop proficiency in WhosOn and Email2Db applications
  • Present company's software solutions to potential customers
