Free Trials
We offer free trials of all our products, excluding white labeling and custom services.
If you have not taken a free trial, then we strongly urge you to take the opportunity to test out the product for free.
Hosted service trials are 14 days, and installed solution trials are 30 days. Longer trials are available for larger enterprises to go through detailed testing.
We provide full support during the trial period in order to get you up and running with the product.
Refunds - Purchased Products
If you have purchased a product by mistake, you can receive a full refund if you request this within 7 days of your purchase date.
If you have not yet installed the product, then this refund can proceed immediately.
If you have completed the product installation & registration, you must use the "unregister product" button inside the application before a refund will be issued.
Refunds - Services
You may cancel your service and recieve a full refund within 7 days of your service start date, minus any costs incurred by Parker Software for agreed implementation work.
If you cancel your service outside of this period, refunds for unused periods will not be given.
