The website I am working on used an embedded whoson client in an iframe as specified in your documentation, the site is using https at all times, and the whoson client is being invoked via https.

The javascript error I am getting in IE8 is this

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0)

Is is on the following line code.

if (myWidth != frameWidth || myHeight != frameHeight)

top.window.resizeBy((myWidth - frameWidth), (myHeight - frameHeight));

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Would you be able to issue through an example of what you are using within the page?

This can happen if the iframe refers to the chatstart.htm page and not the chatstart.aspx page. Please see which of the two you are using, but it would be suggested to alter to chatstart.aspx if you are using the chatstart.htm reference.

Thank you.
