Where can we change the audio alert? The default sound is very soft and we have our speakers cranked all the way up. Please advise!

In the WhosOn Modern client, 2018 onwards, you can change the audio sounds in Options (cog in bottom left of client app) -> Chat -> Play sound on new chat notifications -> Legacy / Modern
